This isn't a big conflict now (except for the usual - and not insignificant - issues of pedestrians and right-turning cars). However, last week on this trip, one of these construction sites had a "sidewalk closed- use other side" sign up. No sane person would cross the street where the signs were, but fortunately it was close enough for me to see from the intersection and get to the street.
